Eid-el-Maulud: Governor Buni Urges Muslims to Embrace Peace, Love, and Sacrifice

The Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Muslims worldwide on the auspicious occasion of the birthday anniversary of the Holy Prophet, Muhammad (SAW).

In a felicitation statement released on Wednesday by his Media Aide, Mamman Mohammed, Governor Buni emphasized that this anniversary serves as a moment of deep reflection and an opportunity to foster love, peace, and sacrifice.

“We must all emulate the virtuous life and teachings of the Holy Prophet, Muhammad (SAW),” Governor Buni remarked. “In the face of our nation’s current challenges, we must endeavor to make sacrifices and support one another.”

Furthermore, Governor Buni urged the Muslim faithful to utilize this period to promote the noble virtues and ideals espoused by the Holy Prophet (SAW), directing them to cultivate an atmosphere of peace and harmonious coexistence with both Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

“Let us utilize this occasion to spread love, make sacrifices, and extend a helping hand to the less privileged individuals who are in dire need of support, as exemplified by the moral character of our beloved Prophet (SAW),” he appealed.

The statement issued by Governor Buni concluded with prayers for a peaceful celebration, expressing hope that this occasion would usher in an era of renewed peace, love, and forgiveness.
