The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Customs, Excise and Tariff, Senator Isah Jibrin, is calling on Nigerians to remain steadfast in their commitment to building a strong, united, and prosperous country.
Senator Jibrin, representing the Kogi East Senatorial District under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), made this plea in a statement issued on the occasion of Nigeria’s 63rd Independence anniversary.
In his personally signed statement in Abuja, the lawmaker, popularly known as Echocho, also assured his constituents of his unwavering dedication to representing them and fighting for their rights and interests with integrity.
“Let us be driven forward by our zeal to strengthen our diversity, culture, and beliefs as we remain a nation bound in freedom.
