Ogunbote Confident Shooting Stars will Enhance Scoring Ability

Shooting Stars’ technical adviser, Gbenga Ogunbote, has expressed his confidence that the team will improve their finishing skills.

Ogunbote stressed the importance of enhancing the team’s marksmanship.

The former coach of Remo Stars acknowledged the progress made by the team in converting two goals in their opening match.

On Saturday, Shooting Stars secured a 2-1 victory against Plateau United at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Adamasingba, Ibadan.

“Previously, we had been lamenting our inability to score goals, but now that we have started with two goals, we need to build on it,” he stated in an interview with the club’s media.

“Although it wasn’t a bad performance, credit goes to the team. We can always strive to improve and build upon what we have achieved.”
