Danjuma Adamu Sankwar, the Sarkin Yakin Gabas of Wamba Community and the Sadauna of Lenge, has despatched a robust message to Prince Ibrahim, the Adon Garin Lafia, over his current utterances over the election tribunal’s verdict which sacked All Progressives Congress’s Abdullahi Sule as Governor of Nasarawa State.

However, Ibrahim, who was not happy with the end result, faulted the tribunal’s judgment, describing it as a miscarriage of justice and threatened to trigger chaos within the state if the governor will not be reinstated by the appellate court docket

Sankwar, whereas addressing the current election dispute and subsequent ruling by the tribunal, insisted that the need of God in the end decided the end result.

He stated in a viral video shared on his Facebook web page, “This is a message for the Adon Garin Lafia. My name is Danjuma Adamu Sankwar, Sarkin Yakin Gabas, Wamba community, and also The Sadauna of Lenge.

“I want you to know that power belongs to God, and He gives it to whomever he chooses and in the way He likes. He does not give because you are Muslim or Christian.

“God has wished it that today, after our votes were stolen, God restored it back through the tribunal.

“Just like you said, you are not looking for trouble, but you are prepared for the trouble if it comes, so let me tell you, just like the prophet said in the holy book, cursed is he that started trouble/disturbance and God also curses a trouble maker.

“So, if the trouble comes from your end, we are not perturbed. We sought from God, You sought from kings.”
