Various social media platforms have been buzzing with this death hoax, but Gowon’s Personal Media Aide, Adeyeye E. Ajayi, swiftly released a concise statement denying the reports.
Contrary to the circulating speculations, Gowon confidently affirmed, “I am still around and in good health. There is no rush for me.”
