APC Vows to Maintain Long-Term Rule in Benue State, Governor Alia Asserts

The Governor of Benue State, Hyacinth Alia, has confidently proclaimed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will maintain long-term rule in the state. In a resounding show of support, the people have rejected the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), thereby solidifying the future of the APC’s governance.

Addressing the expanded executive committee meeting of the party at the state secretariat in Makurdi, Governor Alia shared his commitment to delivering good governance that will benefit the entire state.

A statement distributed to journalists by Sir Tersoo Kula, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, conveyed the Governor’s words. He emphasized the need for increased collaboration between the government and the party leadership in the state to effectively address the desires and aspirations of the masses.

During the meeting, Governor Alia’s Chief of Staff, Paul Biam, represented him and assured the party that the administration would not disappoint. The Governor pledged to fulfill the yearnings and aspirations of the masses, making the APC proud.

Furthermore, Governor Alia reiterated his determination to lead the APC to victory in every election in the state, underscoring his commitment to the party’s success.

In response, the Chairman of the APC in the state, Comrade Austin Agada, affirmed the party’s unwavering support for the Governor’s efforts in repositioning the state. He urged all local government chairmen of the party to attend any function organized by the government or for the Governor, demonstrating their solidarity and support.
