Tinubu Pays Condolences to NASS Over the Demise of Sokoto Reps Member, Danbuga

President Bola Tinubu has expressed his heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the leadership and members of the House of Representatives following the tragic death of Hon. Abdulkadir Jelani Danbuga, the lawmaker representing the Isa/Sabon Birni federal constituency of Sokoto State.

Hon. Danbuga passed away in the early hours of Wednesday after a brief illness.

President Tinubu acknowledged that his untimely demise has left a void in the immediate family and deprived the constituency of an exemplary and unwavering representative in the House of Representatives.

“His electoral victory was a testament to the love and respect he enjoyed from his people. His constituents have benefited immensely from his effective representation in the House,” President Tinubu stated.

“I extend my deepest condolences to his family, constituents, as well as the people and government of Sokoto State. I also express my heartfelt sympathies to the presiding officers of the House of Representatives and the entire membership on the loss of such a distinguished colleague,” he added.

The President offered prayers for the peaceful repose of Hon. Danbuga’s soul and for divine solace for his grieving family.
