David Ombugadu, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State within the final election, has strongly criticised the “divisive comments” made by Governor Abdullahi Sule.
Media Talk Africa experiences that Governor Sule, whereas delivering a speech on the 2023 Peace and Development Summit for Young University Students in Abuja, accused Christian judges of conspiring to take away him from his seat.
Ombugadu, in an announcement signed by the Director of Media and Publicity, David Ombugadu Campaign Organisation, Mike Omeri, said that the governor had thrown warning to the wind by making cynical feedback on the 2 justices that gave the bulk ruling that nullified his election, describing them as Christians bent on foisting a Christian Governor on Nasarawa State.
The assertion mentioned that what’s extra appalling is that Sule selected the Peace and Development Summit for Young University Students to sow the seed of discord within the minds of younger Nigerians, referring to it as a despicable act.

“We deplore AA Sule’s feedback, which search to divide our society alongside spiritual strains. Such divisive statements usually are not solely inaccurate but in addition dangerous to the unity and concord of our state and Nigeria usually.
“It is regrettable that AA Sule would make sweeping and unfounded claims concerning the spiritual affiliations of the tribunal judges who presided over the Nasarawa State election case. Ombugadu known as on Sule to retract his statements and apologize for any offence attributable to his remarks, emphasising how important it’s for leaders to set an instance of accountable management and promote inclusivity, respect, and tolerance.
