The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, has revealed that President Bola Tinubu has mandated him to prioritize patriotism, honesty, and transparency as the core values of the administration.
The Renewed Hope Agenda
In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja, the Minister explained that President Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope Agenda” aims to elevate Nigeria to an esteemed position among the international community and dispel negative perceptions about the country.
“President Tinubu has entrusted me with the responsibility of reorienting Nigerians during our tenure, in order to restore a sense of national identity and set our course in the right direction,” said Alhaji Mohammed Idris. “This is a substantial challenge, as moral decay is not limited to the youth but pervades all levels of our society.”
