According to a post on the All Progressives Congress’s social media platform, X, on Tuesday, the development was to allow for political solutions.

The statement disclosed that lawmakers met with the party’s reconciliation committee and the NWC.

Media Talk Africa reported that the National Working Committee, NWC, of the APC, on Tuesday, met with members of the Ondo State House of Assembly.

The meeting followed moves by the assembly members to impeach Ayiedatiwa.

All members of the committee, including the state chairman of the APC, Ade Adetimehin, were in attendance during the Tuesday’s meeting.
