Falolu Confident Katsina United Will Improve After Lobi Stars Stalemate

Midfielder Azeez Falolu from Katsina United has expressed optimism and rallied his teammates following their goalless draw against Lobi Stars on Saturday.

The Chanji Boys displayed a dominant performance during the game, yet they were unable to break down the visitors’ solid defense.

Falolu honestly admitted that the players felt disappointed with the final outcome of the game.

“I strongly believe that we played even better than we did against Kano Pillars, as we managed to create around 12 or 13 scoring opportunities,” Falolu told Media Talk Africa.

“The result came as a shock to us, and I sincerely hope that we won’t encounter such a situation again. If we can maintain our current level of performance, we will soon secure resounding victories.”

Falolu emphasized the importance of hard work in order to improve their overall performance after each match.

Katsina United will face Heartland on matchday four at the Dan Anyiam Stadium on Sunday.
