Chinese Firm in Nasarawa Cries Foul, Urges Nigerian Government Intervention

In a startling revelation, the newly-inaugurated Ganfen Lithium Industry Limited Nigeria in Nasarawa State has brought to light an alarming case of impersonation, citing a significant threat to its corporate existence within Nigeria. The company is now calling on the Federal Government to investigate and intervene in the activities of a separate entity posing as Ganfen Lithium Group Co Ltd.

Ganfen Lithium Industry Limited, represented by Andrew Kekunkun, Chief of Ganfeng Staff in Nasarawa, claims that the fraudulent company, which operates independently and has no connection to Ganfen’s operations, is illicitly utilizing its corporate identity to carry out illegal activities within the country.

“Ganfen Lithium Industry Limited, Nigeria is cognizant of recent statements regarding our company’s affiliation with Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. Hereby, we categorically state the following:

“Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is a legally registered, independent limited company in Nigeria, fully compliant with Nigerian laws. Our business operations encompass exploration, extraction, laboratory analysis, processing, and sales of lithium carbonate.”

“Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited, Nigeria is a locally situated limited liability company, deeply rooted in the Nigerian community. The name ‘Ganfeng’ in Chinese phonetics embodies our aspiration for fruitful achievements through strenuous endeavors in Nigeria,” the statement further elaborated.
