Army Urges Calm as Troops Launch Exercise Vulcan Glow in Kachia, Kaduna State

In an effort to enhance their training activities, the Nigerian Army Corps of Artillery has commenced Exercise Vulcan Glow IX at the Military Training Range in Kachia, Kaduna State. Spanning from October 20 to November 3, 2023, this exercise, also known as “Ex Vulcan Glow IX,” will involve the movement of troops, military weapons, and equipment.

As the exercise progresses, residents of Kachia and its environs may observe a significant presence of troops as well as the sound of gunshots.
