Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State has made a significant move by appointing sole administrators for the 14 Local Government Councils within the state. The remaining appointments include Yusuf Sani-Bindin for Maru, Lukman Jafar for Talata-Mafara, Aliyu Adamu-Barmo for Tsafe, Junaidu Muhammad-Barade for Shinkafi, and Aminu Atiku for Zurmi.
These appointments have been made for a period of six months and are still subject to confirmation by the House of Assembly.
