Supreme Court Verdict: General Buratai Urges Nigerians to Rally Behind President Tinubu for a Prosperous Future

General Tukur Buratai, a former Chief of Army Staff and Nigerian Ambassador to Benin Republic, has issued a fervent call to all Nigerians, urging them to unite in support of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda. This plea comes in the wake of the Supreme Court’s recent verdict, which confirmed Tinubu’s victory as the duly elected President during the February 25 Presidential Election.

In a statement released on Friday in Abuja, Buratai expressed his satisfaction with the apex court’s ruling, as it dismissed the claims put forth by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party, thereby affirming the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Bola Tinubu. The court’s decision demonstrates that it found merit in the arguments presented by the APC and President Tinubu.

“This significant development holds great implications for our political landscape, potentially shaping future policies and governance under the visionary leadership of President Tinubu,” General Buratai emphasized.

In light of this, General Buratai passionately calls upon and beseeches all Nigerians, particularly politicians, to gracefully accept the judgment of the Supreme Court and extend their unwavering support to President Tinubu. He emphasizes the importance of unity for the stability and progress of our beloved nation.

“By setting aside personal and political differences, we can collectively work towards the betterment of our country,” General Buratai declared.
