Princess Onyejekwe, a former contestant on the popular reality show Big Brother Naija, has strongly rebuked Phyna for her sweeping statement that all women have had an abortion at some point in their lives.
In a recent Snapchat post, Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 7, reiterated her belief that all women, except virgins, have had an abortion. She argued that pregnancy prevention methods and pills are essentially a form of abortion.
This broad generalization did not sit well with Princess, who took to social media to express her discontent. She called out Phyna, urging her to refrain from imposing her opinions on women.
Princess wrote: “@unusualphyna, if you choose to have an abortion, that’s your decision. But please don’t force your beliefs on us. Let women make their own choices without judgment. The burden of guilt is yours to bear.”
