The Governor of Borno State, North East Nigeria, Professor Babagana Zulum has urged the 2023 Batch ‘C’ Stream One Corps Members deployed to the State to serve as agents of nationwide unity and growth and likewise try to win prizes for wonderful performances throughout service.
