The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State has lauded the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for its successful management of the ongoing gubernatorial election in the state.
Following his participation in the electoral process at Polling Unit 4, Ward 4, Okpo Play Ground II, Okpoama Brass Local Government Area (LGA), the APC Publicity Secretary in Bayelsa, Mr. Doifie Boukoribo, expressed his appreciation for INEC’s efforts.
However, Boukoribo expressed dismay over reports of alleged prevention of some APC members from voting in Sampou and other communities within the Kolokuma Opokuma LGA. He urged the security agencies to intervene and ensure that all eligible voters in Bayelsa exercise their civic right without hindrance.
