Ekiti State Governor Congratulates Senator Hope Uzodimma on Re-election

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has extended his congratulations to Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, on securing re-election in the recent governorship poll in the Southeast state.

In a statement released on Sunday and signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Yinka Oyebode, Oyebanji expressed his delight at Uzodimma’s landslide victory, affirming the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the most favoured party in Imo State and Nigeria as a whole.

The Ekiti State helmsman underscored Uzodimma’s triumph as a testament to the people’s satisfaction with the incumbent governor’s performance, warranting a second term in office.

Oyebanji encouraged Uzodimma to perceive his re-election as an impetus to elevate his service to the people of Imo State, amplifying the pillars of good governance and exemplary leadership to fortify the accomplishments of his initial term.

Furthermore, the Ekiti governor urged Uzodimma to embrace a collaborative approach with other candidates who vied for the position, aiming to harness their contributions towards the state’s development during his upcoming second term inauguration.

He commended the people of Imo State for their tranquil conduct throughout the governorship poll, underscoring the significance of their peaceful participation.
