Kogi State University Exposes Sham Recruitment Scheme

In a recent development, Kogi State University, Kabba, has sounded the alarm regarding false claims of recruitment circulating through online platforms.

The university’s Public Relations Officer, Tade Oshaloto, released a statement emphasizing that investigations are underway to apprehend those responsible for this deceitful act.

Oshaloto’s statement further elucidated, “The management of Kogi State University, Kabba, has been made aware of a spurious message disseminated online, soliciting applications for positions within the institution.

“The message alleges that ‘Alhaji Ibrahim’, along with a provided phone number, is overseeing the recruitment process for teaching roles at our university. We urge the public to recognise this as a fraudulent and misleading scheme, and to promptly repudiate any such claims.”
