Rubbishing claims of pressurizing his 40-year-old son, A-list Nigerian record producer and music executive, Don Jazzy, his father, Collins Enebeli Ajereh, sets the record straight on his son’s marital status. In a recent interview with TVC, Ajereh disclosed that his stance on Don Jazzy’s marriage is one of non-interference and respect for personal choices.
Ajereh elucidated that Don Jazzy had been married in the past, however, the marriage ended with a mutual decision to part ways. Addressing speculations about Don Jazzy’s potential remarriage, Ajereh emphasized, “Well, that is his choice. The question of marriage is individual choice. Some people choose marriage and some don’t and yet have relationships that might blossom into what makes their lives complete.”
Contrary to assumptions, Ajereh dismissed the notion that Don Jazzy’s career might be inhibiting his desire to settle down, affirming that the decision to marry or remain single is entirely a personal prerogative.
