Aisha Yesufu Challenges President Tinubu to Visit His Alma Mater

Aisha Yesufu, a respected voice in Nigerian socio-political discourse, has raised questions about President Bola Tinubu’s educational background.

Yesufu issued a challenge to Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, urging the president to visit his Alma Mater.

Her call comes in response to the recent visit of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, to the primary school he attended in Jada, Adamawa State.

Atiku shared a video of his visit on social media, captioning it with nostalgic sentiments: “Nostalgic. Today, I returned to where it all started. My Alma Mater, Central Primary School, Jada. -AA”

In her response, Yesufu posted on social media, expressing, “Where is that mentally abducted afterthought of an SSA @aonanuga1956?

“Focus on getting Chief Tinubu or whatever he decides to call himself today to go to his alma mater too.

“By the way, my husband was at the reunion of his secondary school during the weekend.”

These comments come amidst controversy surrounding President Tinubu’s academic records, including claims that he never attended some of the institutions listed on his credentials.

One such institution under scrutiny is the Chicago State University (CSU), which has affirmed that Tinubu was indeed admitted and graduated from the institution despite the doubts raised.
