‘If my parents were together, I wouldn’t be celebrity’ – Tolanibaj

Big Brother Naija reality show star and disc jockey Tolani Baj has said if her parents were together, she wouldn’t have been a celebrity.

She said her father would have made her pursue her education to the highest level and gotten her a job in the civil service if he and her mum were still together.

Her father, according to her, was not a fan of showbiz and wouldn’t have let her participate in a reality TV show.

Tolanibaj spoke in the latest episode of the Bahd and Boujee Podcast, hosted by her and actress Moet Abebe.

She said: “If my parents were together, I don’t think I would be a celebrity. Because my dad was so anti-entertainment. I would just do master’s, Ph.D. My dad would even look for a job in the government for me. There’s nothing he would not do for me.”
