Nasarawa United’s Coach Points Finger at Poor Pitch for Draw Against EFCC

Nasarawa United’s head coach, Usman Adams, has attributed his team’s failure to secure victory against EFCC to the challenging playing conditions at the Old Parade Ground stadium.

The Solid Miners were held to a goalless draw by EFCC in the second match of the Nigeria National League.

Despite the stalemate, the seasoned tactician expressed his contentment with the point earned in the game.

Reflecting on the match, Adams remarked, “The state of the field hindered our ability to execute a fluid game, and we appreciate the point secured on away turf.”

He added, “It was a tough encounter, as EFCC was determined to recover from their initial day defeat.

“Nasarawa United’s upcoming fixture will not be underestimated.”

The Lafia-based club is set to face Mighty Jets in their next match at the Lafia Township Stadium.
