Sporting Lagos’ head coach, Paul Offor, is not taking the threat of Sunshine Stars lightly as they prepare for their forthcoming Nigeria’s Premier Football League encounter at the Ondo Sports Complex, Akure, this Sunday.

This match marks the first meeting between the two teams, and Offor has expressed confidence in his team’s preparation for the game, emphasizing their readiness for the challenge ahead.

Speaking to the club’s media, Offor acknowledged the formidable strength of Sunshine Stars, noting, “Sunshine Stars are a solid team, with sharp attackers and physical wingers. They exhibit a good build-up play and are adept both in the air and on the ground. We are well aware of this and our aim is to assert control over the game to the best of our abilities.”
