In a thrilling Saudi Pro League encounter on Friday, Nigerian forward Henry Onyekuru showcased his scoring prowess, netting twice for Al Feiha. However, his stellar performance was not enough to secure a victory as Damak emerged triumphant with a 4-2 win on Al Feiha’s home turf.
The match kicked off with Damak quickly gaining a two-goal advantage, courtesy of strikes from Georges Nkoudou and Abdul Aziz Al Sharani. However, Onyekuru narrowed the deficit with a goal in the 56th minute, injecting renewed energy into the contest. Undeterred, he went on to further exhibit his skill, securing his second goal of the game in the 69th minute.
Onyekuru, known for his versatility on the field, has now amassed a total of five goals in 14 appearances for Al Feiha during the current season. His unwavering commitment was evident as he featured for the entire 90 minutes of the enthralling match, leaving an indelible mark on the game.
Notably, Onyekuru was not the sole Nigerian representative in the action-packed fixture, as his compatriot Anthony Nwakaeme also lent his prowess to the Al Feiha lineup.
