Bayern Munich Signs Spains Zaragoza
Bayern Munich has inked a deal to enlist the services of Spain’s promising winger, Bryan Zaragoza, from La Liga outfit Granada next season. The reigning German champions revealed this landmark agreement on Wednesday, marking a significant addition to their squad.
Reportedly, the 22-year-old’s transfer commands a fee of 15 million euros ($16 million), with Bayern securing his talents for a substantial five-year tenure extending until 2029.
Christoph Freund, Bayern’s sporting director, expressed the club’s anticipation, stating, “Bryan is one of Spain’s emerging talents and has been on our radar for some time. He will undoubtedly bolster our attacking prowess. We extend our best wishes to him for the remainder of the season with Granada and eagerly await his arrival in the summer.”
Zaragoza has left an indelible mark this season, notching up five goals and providing two crucial assists in 14 league appearances. His standout performance includes a brace in the 2-2 draw against Barcelona in October. Additionally, he made his debut for the Spanish national team the same month, delivering a notable performance off the bench in a 2-0 victory over Scotland.
Having honed his skills in Granada’s youth system, Zaragoza has emerged as a key figure, amassing 51 senior appearances and finding the back of the net 10 times for the club.
