During his visit, Nwobodo took the opportunity to commend the Flying Antelopes players, urging them to consistently perform at the peak of their abilities in order to achieve success. “I just came to say a big thank you to all members of staff of the club for the wonderful innovations that are taking place here, which would make me proudly tell whoever cares that I passed through this great club,” he remarked.

In light of these initiatives, he expressed his pride in association with the club. “With information available through the club’s various social media handles, and the massive renovation work of the corporate office, who would not be proud to be a Rangers player? I am proud to be part of this great club, Rangers,” Nwobodo remarked passionately.

Nwobodo’s association with Rangers FC saw him achieve the pinnacle of success, clinching the Nigeria Premier Football League title during the 2015/2016 season. Additionally, he has represented the national team as part of the Flying Eagles in the past, further solidifying his deep-rooted connection with Nigerian football.
