Fulham Pursues Jerome Akor for January Transfer Deal

Fulham, a Premier League powerhouse, sets sights on Jerome Akor for a potential January transfer, as reported by Football Insider. The club’s scouts recently attended a match to observe Akor in action for his current team, Montpellier, in Ligue 1. Akor, 23, made a move to Montpellier from Norwegian club Lillestrom in the summer, and has since showcased his prowess by netting seven goals in 17 league appearances for the former Ligue 1 champions.

Fulham’s interest in Akor stems from the urgent need for attacking reinforcement after losing Aleksandar Mitrovic to Saudi club Al Hilal in the summer transfer window. However, Fulham faces competition for Akor’s signature, as both West Ham United and AC Milan have also expressed keen interest in acquiring the promising forward.
