Mr Jollof Offers Sincere Apology to Duncan Mighty

Nigeria’s beloved comedian, Mr Jollof, has extended a heartfelt apology to the renowned singer, Duncan Mighty, following a public dispute over a concert appearance. The comedian took to Instagram to express his remorse after receiving a refund from the acclaimed artist.

Mr Jollof initially accused Duncan Mighty of absconding from a scheduled performance in Warri, Delta State, despite receiving a payment of N3 million. However, in a candid video shared on his Instagram page, Mr Jollof clarified that his actions were fueled by misguided advice and unfounded assumptions. He earnestly conveyed his remorse, acknowledging that his impulsive reaction stemmed from societal pressures and the fear of being taken advantage of.

In his own words, he expressed, “Bros, abeg no vex. We youths we are quick to react due to stigmatisation. I didn’t believe you would scam me but the advices I was receiving from people was why I called you out. Please don’t be angry with me. All my threats were mere rantings. Forgive me, I’m not perfect.”

Moreover, Mr Jollof also extended his apology to DJ Barbie for publicly calling her out over a similar issue. Following the resolution of these conflicts, the comedian displayed genuine humility and reflection, urging for forgiveness and understanding.

This public display of accountability and reconciliation stands as a testament to the complexities of human interactions, the influence of external opinions, and the significance of offering sincere apologies.
