Tunis, Tunisia – Aziz Dougaz, currently ranked 234th in the world, has clinched a spot in the final of the prestigious Arab Masters Tennis Championship. His path to the final was paved with a hard-fought victory over Lebanon’s Hady Habib, ranked 301st, in the semi-finals with a score of 6-3, 6-7. The tournament, now in its third edition, is taking place in the vibrant Qatari capital of Doha.

Awaiting Dougaz in the final is Syrian player Hazem Naw, ranked 472nd globally, who caused a stir by defeating the 358th-ranked Egyptian, Mohamed Safwat, with an impressive score of 6-2, 6-0.
