APC Urges Unity for a Better Nigeria in 2024

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State is calling on Nigerians to set aside the divisive politics of 2023 and work together to improve the country in the new year. Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, the Chairman of Lagos State APC, conveyed this in his New Year Message in Lagos, emphasizing the need for unity and progress.

As the country enters 2024, Ojelabi urged citizens to leave behind the partisanship of the previous year and strive to make significant advancements. He emphasized the importance of focusing on productive endeavors that would contribute to the growth and development of Lagos State and, by extension, Nigeria as a whole.

Expressing gratitude for the peaceful conduct of the general elections, Ojelabi commended Nigerians for their support in electing President Bola Tinubu, whom he referred to as “the first truly progressive president for the country.” He also acknowledged the upcoming opportunity in 2023 for Nigerians to elect other candidates who can contribute to the nation’s progress.

Ojelabi highlighted the significance of the 2023 elections, citing them as a demonstration of the electorate’s faith in the progressive ideology of the APC. He affirmed that the party had earned the people’s mandate to extend the success witnessed in Lagos State to the entire nation.

The APC’s message resonates with a call for unity, progress, and a shared vision for a better Nigeria in the year 2024. It sets the tone for a collaborative effort to move beyond the complexities of politics and focus on constructive actions that will lead to the nation’s advancement.
