Abia Warriors Head Coach Emphasizes Need for Improvement Despite Victory Over Doma United

Abia Warriors’ head coach, Erasmus Onuh, has called for his team to enhance their goal-scoring prowess despite securing a 3-0 victory against Doma United in Umuahia. The veteran tactician expressed his belief that the goals scored did not wholly reflect the numerous chances created during the game and emphasized the necessity for continuous improvement.

Onuh highlighted the importance of training to bolster the team’s performance, stating, “The team will continue to improve. The number of goals scored didn’t reflect our overall game as we could have scored more. We have a chance to address our shortcomings, and we will persistently work on that aspect. Overall, we commend the team for their performance in the game.”

Following the triumph, Abia Warriors have advanced to the eighth position on the Nigeria Premier Football League table. As the team progresses, Onuh’s unwavering commitment to improvement sets the tone for a dedicated pursuit of excellence.
