The management team of the late Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has refuted allegations that the singer left behind a will. This rebuke comes in response to recent assertions made by Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, in a media interview. In a statement shared via Mohbad’s official Instagram page, the management categorically dismissed the notion of a will, deeming it “false and misleading.” They further clarified that neither Mohbad’s legal representatives nor the management itself had communicated any such existence of a will or thumb-printed document to the family or the public. Furthermore, the management emphasized that if such a document had existed, it would have been formally registered with the Probate Registry. They urged the public to desist from disseminating untrue and deceptive information. The statement also revealed that all financial accounts belonging to Mohbad during his lifetime were immediately subjected to a Post No Debit (PND) order on September 12, 2023, which remains in effect. It was stated that these accounts would be appropriately transferred to the family once the internal dispute is resolved.
