Azeb Yiregalem, a diaspora member from London, expressed admiration for Ethiopia’s century-old diplomatic journey, emphasizing its dedication to safeguarding national interests and the well-being of citizens abroad.
During her visit to the ongoing Diplomacy Week and Exhibition, Azeb Yiregalem shared her enthusiasm, stating, “I am fortunate to be here to gather valuable insights about Ethiopia’s diplomatic achievements, which I can share with my family, friends, and the world upon my return to London.” She commended Ethiopia’s proactive approach to promoting constructive relationships with other nations and highlighted the significance of events like Diplomacy Week in showcasing the country’s diplomatic evolution and garnering international acceptance.
Azeb emphasized the compelling visual representations at the exhibition, illustrating Ethiopia’s diplomatic endeavors and its significant role in global politics. She also advocated for the issuance of a Free Africa passport and currency to foster stronger bonds within the continent.
