Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez has voiced his support for manager Mauricio Pochettino amidst the team’s challenges. Additionally, Fernandez disclosed that he shares a strong bond with fellow Chelsea player Moises Caicedo.
In an interview with ESPN, Fernandez emphasized the need for patience, stating, “We need time; it’s a process with a lot of new players. The group came together this year, and it is not easy to quickly find a good way of playing. But we are doing all we can to find that style as quickly as possible.”
Highlighting the positive rapport with Pochettino, Fernandez expressed, “The day-to-day with Pochettino is really good; he gets very close with the players. He is very human and gives us a lot of confidence and ease when it comes to playing.”
Regarding his connection with Caicedo, Fernandez elaborated, “Moi and I have built a strong bond. We have a great relationship off the pitch, and when it comes to playing, the communication is different – we know that with just a glance, we understand each other.”
