Baciro Cande, head coach of Guinea-Bissau, has affirmed his team’s determination to give their all in their upcoming face-off against Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. Despite suffering defeats in their initial matches against hosts Cote d’Ivoire and Equatorial Guinea, Cande remains resolute in their pursuit of victory against the Super Eagles to keep their Round of 16 hopes alive.
“We have one game left to close the group stage and we hope to win,” expressed Cande following his team’s loss to Equatorial Guinea.
