The Delta State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has officially acknowledged and accepted the ruling of the Supreme Court, which upheld the victory of Francis Sheriff Oborevwori as the governor of Delta State in the March 18, 2023 governorship election, as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

In a communique endorsed by Elder Omeni Sobotie, the Chairman of APC in Delta State, the party extends its congratulations to Oborevwori for prevailing judicially.
