Emir of Zaria Celebrates Union as Five Daughters Wed

In a remarkable display of tradition and familial joy, the Emir of Zaria, His Royal Highness Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, oversaw the marriage ceremonies of five of his daughters on a memorable Saturday. According to a statement on social media by the emir’s media and publicity aide, the unions of Mariya, Rukkaya, Hussaina, Nafisa, and Nusaiba were formalized through solemn rituals. It was disclosed that the dowries for the marriages of Mariya, Rukkaya, Hussaina, and Nafisa amounted to N150,000 each, while Nusaiba’s husband paid N100,000, in adherence to customary practices.

The ceremonies were officiated by the esteemed Palace Imam, Malam Yahaya, along with other revered clergy members, underscoring the spiritual significance of this joyous occasion.
