The former Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi, is confident that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will maintain its governance in the state beyond 2027. At a reception organized by the White Cap Progressive Movement in Nasarawa Local Government Area, Abdullahi expressed his optimism that Governor Abdullahi Sule would facilitate a smooth transition to another APC governor in 2027.
Abdullahi attributed his confidence to the grace of God and the anticipated developmental strides during Sule’s tenure. He emphasized Sule’s commitment to ensuring a seamless handover, aiming for continuity, consolidation, and good governance within the state. A significant endorsement came from Alhaji Aliyu Tijani, the leader of the White Cap Political Movement and the Federal Commissioner/Chief Executive Officer of the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons.
During the event, Abdullahi acknowledged the Chairman of Nasarawa Local Government Council, Mr. Sani Otto, and members of the movement for organizing the ceremony, expressing gratitude to the electorate for their overwhelming support during the March 18 general election.
The former speaker lauded Governor Sule’s visionary leadership and urged the people to continue offering unwavering support for his administration.
