Zimbabwe’s President Mnangagwa Names 3 New Deputy Ministers

In a recent development, President Mnangagwa of Zimbabwe has swiftly appointed three deputy ministers to key government positions. The appointments were officially disclosed by Dr. Martin Rushwaya, the Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, in a statement released over the weekend.

The newly appointed deputy ministers are as follows:

– Honourable Omphile Marupi, who will serve as the Deputy Minister of Information, Publicity, and Broadcasting Services.
– Honourable Sheila Chikomo, appointed as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
– Honourable Benjamin Kabikira, assigned as the Deputy Minister of Local Government and Public Works.

Additionally, the Chief Secretary also announced the immediate removal of Honourable Christopher Mutsvangwa from the position of Minister of Veterans of the Struggle Affairs. – ZBC
