Veteran Actor Jimi Solanke Passes Away at 81

Renowned actor Jimi Solanke has passed away at the age of 81. He reportedly died on Monday while being transported to Babcock University Teaching Hospital from his home in Ipara Remo. Solanke had been in and out of the hospital since December before passing away on Monday morning. Recognized for his roles in films such as “Kongi’s Harvest,” “Sango,” and “Shadow Parties,” he was affectionately known as Uncle Jimi.
