Enyimba FC has secured the services of Alalade Muyiwa Balogun from Nigeria National League side Smart City, according to Media Talk Africa. The talented young player has inked a six-month contract with the nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League champions, with an option for extension.
Balogun’s stellar performance at Smart City has garnered attention, with three goals in the previous season and six in the current one. Despite turning down a lucrative offer from Rangers, he opted to join Finidi George’s squad. Balogun is poised to compete with Chijoke Mbaoma and Anthony Okachi for a spot in the starting lineup.
