The Senate has officially confirmed the appointment of Adama Oladapo as the Executive Director of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Gas Infrastructure Fund Board (NMDGIFB). This decision was reached after the Committee on Gas and Petroleum Resources (Downstream) adopted the nominee’s report during the Committee of the Whole session on Thursday.
Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, the Chairman of the committee, presented the report, indicating that they had thoroughly reviewed the nominee’s curriculum vitae and other relevant documents, affirming his qualifications for the position. Consequently, he urged the Senate to proceed with the confirmation, which was subsequently carried out.
