Andy Okpe, a forward for Rivers United, has finalized a move to South Africa’s Premier League team, Supersport United.
The talented player has signed a long-term contract with Supersport United and is set to make his debut in the Nedbank Cup on Tuesday.
Okpe’s departure from Rivers United, where he scored three goals for the Pride of Rivers, marks a notable transition alongside Ossy Martins.
Starting his career with Remo Stars, the 22-year-old previously had a brief stint in the Ghana Premier League and played a pivotal role in Remo Stars’ second-place finish in the Nigeria Premier Football League last season.
