Nigeria Attracts Strong Capital Investments from UK, Mauritius, and Netherlands

The National Bureau of Statistics revealed that Nigeria welcomed substantial capital investments from the United Kingdom, Mauritius, and the Netherlands during the fourth quarter of 2023. According to the latest Nigeria Capital Importation report, the United Kingdom took the lead with US$267.24 million, representing a 24.55 percent share. Mauritius followed closely with US$226.18 million (20.78 percent), and the Netherlands contributed US$149.93 million (13.77 percent). Notably, Nigeria experienced a significant 66.77 percent monthly increase in total foreign investments, reaching $1,060.73 in Q4 2023.
