Shooting Stars’ Coach Confident of Team’s Revival After Enyimba Loss

Gbenga Ogunbote, the technical adviser of Shooting Stars, remains hopeful despite the team’s 1-0 defeat by Enyimba. The Oluyole Warriors, after their league hiatus, faced a setback with Chijioke Mbaoma’s sole goal for Enyimba in the first half.

Ogunbote, undeterred by the loss, expressed confidence in his team’s resurgence for the rest of the season. “We still have about eighteen games in the second stanza,” he mentioned to the club’s media. “What we need to do is to see what we needed to do that we didn’t do right in this game, and once we get that done, I’m sure we will get it right.”

Looking ahead, Shooting Stars are gearing up to face Plateau United in their upcoming league game.
