Rivers United Set Foot in Luanda for CAF Confederation Cup Showdown with Academica do Lobito

Rivers United has touched down in Angola to face off against Academica Petroleos Clube do Lobito in a crucial CAF Confederation Cup encounter.
The Nigerian football giants arrived in Luanda during the early hours of Saturday after departing from the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on Friday night.
The Pride of Rivers is geared up to take on Academica Petroleos Clube do Lobito at the Estádio 11 de Novembre on Sunday.
Stanley Eguma’s squad clinched a 3-0 victory over the same rivals on matchday one at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
Despite Academica Petroleos Lobito failing to notch a single point in four matches, Rivers United currently holds the third spot on the Group C standings with six points.
