President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to inaugurate three rehabilitated roads in Abia State, courtesy of Governor Alex Chioma Otti. This development marks the President’s first road commissioning under the current state governors in Nigeria, as announced by Prince Okey Kanu, the State Commissioner of Information and Culture.
The roads slated for inauguration are Omoba road, Jubilee road, and Queens street in Abia state. This event also signifies the 9th road opening in Aba since Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, assumed leadership of the state eight months ago.
In addition to the road projects, President Tinubu will also commission the Geometric Power Plant in Aba on Monday, February 26th. This plant is expected to deliver uninterrupted power supply to Aba and its surrounding areas, heralding a significant milestone in the region’s infrastructural development.
