Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Concludes 2024 UTME Registration

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, known as JAMB, has officially closed the registration process for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on February 26th. This information was disclosed in the Weekly Bulletin from the Office of the Registrar in Abuja.

Since its commencement on January 15th, the 2024 UTME registration witnessed a record number of nearly two million successful candidates registering across over 700 Computer Based Test (CBT) centers nationwide. Out of these, 260,249 candidates expressed their interest in participating in the optional mock examination, scheduled for March 7th.

Registered candidates for the mock UTME are advised to print their mock notification slips starting from February 27th. These slips contain essential details such as the candidates’ registration number, examination venue, timing, date, and other pertinent instructions crucial for their examination participation.

JAMB emphasized the importance of candidates being well-informed about these crucial details. The board also highlighted that candidates can conveniently print their slips from any location with internet access by visiting www.jamb.gov.ng, clicking on e-facility, and selecting the print option.

The 2024 UTME main examination is set to take place from April 19th to April 29th at accredited CBT centers nationwide.
